An Anatomie in Four Quarters

CLOD ENSEMBLE in association with Sinfonia Cymru
29 & 30 Nov 2013 | Tickets £16*
Fri 7pm & 9pm | Sat 11am & 1pm

Set to an original score featuring live strings, percussion and bagpipes, An Anatomie in Four Quarters celebrates the physical structure of the bodies we inhabit and the ways we attempt to see, define, contain, name and value them.

The magnificent anatomy of the Donald Gordon Theatre at Wales Millennium Centre is itself dissected as the audience walk to different viewing positions throughout the piece, examining what it means to open up and to be opened.

Clod Ensemble has been making work that crosses the boundaries between dance, theatre and visual art for over 15 years.

Whether you’ve an interest in the complexities of the human body from a medical or artistic perspective, or simply enjoy the impact of dance, music and theatre, this is a unique, immersive experience for all.

Sat 30 Nov, Midday: Free talk

This can be attended pre or post show by audience members who are attending An Anatomie in Four Quarters on Sat 30 Nov. Tickets must be booked in advance.
